3. ORDER COMPLETION
   From time to time markets may become volatile, for example, as a result of an unexpected news event. Also, system failures by Commodity Wealth or other firms upon which Commodity Wealth relies may disrupt trading. For these and other circumstances, Commodity Wealth may not be able to complete your order.
   
   Commodity Wealth reserves the right to adjust an order if the metal and currency quotes received from Commodity Wealth's data source when the order was placed is found to be incorrect. Commodity Wealth will contact you if an order needs to be adjusted due to incorrect market data, and you may cancel the order if you do not want to use the corrected exchange rate.
   
   To purchase goldgrams or silver from Commodity Wealth, your Holding must be CAP-Verified. To become CAP-Verified, we must receive and accept the information requested in our Customer Acceptance Policy.
   
   Failure to submit in a timely way your CAP details to Commodity Wealth will result in the delay or cancellation of any pending and future buy and sell orders placed by you, or goldgram payment instructions submitted by you.

   Online merchants and other businesses must use these marks and logos in connection with their Commodity Wealth activities. Our trademarks and logos may only be used in the forms and colours specified below, which may be downloaded for your use.
   
   
   Your use of our marks and logos is your agreement that we may list your business name and Internet address in directories of establishments that accept Commodity Wealth.
   
   At any time and for any reason, Commodity Wealth may request that its marks and logos not be used.
   
   
8. EXCHANGES, CARD PROVIDERS, MONEY SERVICE BUSINESSES AND CASINOS
   Unless permission is expressly given by Commodity Wealth, a Holding may not be used to operate a money service business or online casino, enable the funding of a debit card or to complete an exchange between goldgrams and other e-currencies. Any violation of this provision will result in the immediate closing of a customer's Holding.
   
   
9. SUBMISSIONS
   All information submitted to Commodity Wealth via this site by visitors shall be deemed to be and shall remain the property of Commodity Wealth. Commodity Wealth shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that a visitor to this site provides Commodity Wealth. Commodity Wealth shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as otherwise provided in the User Agreement or in the Privacy Policy.
